Are 8mg (400% of DV) of Copper a day safe?!


Question: Are 8mg (400% of DV) of Copper a day safe?
I'm using "Body Mint" and it contains only Chlorophyllin (Sodium Copper) as 4 mg of Copper which is 200% of Daily Value - 2 tabs a day, so that's 8 mg & 400%. I've searched Answers here on Yahoo as well as online such as here - http://www.bodyminerals.info/body-minerals-copper - where it states, "The Daily Recommended Intake (DRI) Tolerable Upper Intake Level for adults of dietary copper from all sources is 10 mg/day. In toxicity, copper can inhibit the enzyme dihydrophil hydratase, an enzyme involved in haemopoiesis (formation of blood cells)"... but the answers aren't clear.
ALSO, can this interact or cause problems with anti-depressants or or anything else?
