Honestly, I don't think anything will keep you out for days without seriously ******* you up.
You could just try having some melatonin to help you sleep (in regular doses) and just get up when you need to use the restroom or eat (You should eat or at least take vitamins if your appetite is depleted) And just have a regular schedule with those.
Please be careful, as pills are not something to be messed with.
I'd definitely try melatonin, because it's easier to find and not as harsh on your body.
