What is an easy way to swallow pills?!

I had this problem for so long. I had to have chewable everything. I felt like such a baby. I faced my fear finally because swallowing pills really is a necessity. You should try to learn. I recommend practicing every day with a vitamin c or any multi vitamin. Something you have to take every day. Now I know you are in sort of a hurry and can't practice much because you need your meds. I used to try to tilt my head back and stick the pill on the back of my tongue because I saw my Mom do that. It doesn't work for me. I had to do what worked for ME. I put the pill anywhere on my tongue. I then start drinking water and just pretend like that is all I am doing, just drinking. Before I know it the pill goes down. I really hope you get it and this helps. I am now swallowing HUGE vitamins. Also if you fear swallowing the pill your throat tightens up and makes it more difficult to swallow. Try to relax your throat.

just dont think about it. or you can break it up and put it in a drink and chug it...or just put it in abowl of cereal and dont look at the cereal you wont notice which bite it is in. works everytime good luck.

Eat food, then swallow the pill. You'll think you're just swallowing food. Works for me. Remember to drink water after you swallow it.

before u do put the pill in some food, ask ur doctor since some pills react badly with food.

u can just ask ur doctor for some tips n tricks

put them on the very back of your tongue, and drink something while swallowing , it helps me hopefullt you too (:
