I want to practice in europe...western europe i dont care which country ill learn the language, i want this as my life adventure help me out guys and gals. Im 20 an ill be done with my bsn in 2012

Unless you speak another language fluently, no one is going to employ you in a position where someone's life may depend on you getting your (for instance) Portugese reflexive verbs correct.
That leaves the UK and Ireland as your most likely destination; both have plenty of fluent-English speaking Eastern Europeans filling up vacancies but by 2012 you might have a chance.
