Take 2/3 of the ingredients of the 60 mg capsule to = 40 mg.

ADD and ADHD are made up terms to describe a hyperactive person. This is generally due to nutritional deficiencies and eating or drinking toxic foods and drinks. A poor diet is very typically the problem. Taking drugs to solve this problem is ridiculous. The typical drugs being used to treat this are amphetamines. Cocaine and Ritalin for instance have the exact same side effects!

A very common cause of this is the lack of essential fatty acids. This is especially true when mother's are pregnant and in the 3rd trimester, the head enlarges greatly, requiring lots of essential fatty acids. If the mother is deficient, and most are, the nervous system of the fetus does not develop well. When the infant is born, this deficiency creates a lot of neurological problems. Then when the infant gets vaccinated, this exacerbates that problem and the child ends up with hyperactive problems.

With all the bad diets, lack of nutrient essentials, vaccination poisoning, antibiotic use, the child has no chance. This is especially true when you understand that it takes 5 years for the immune system to fully develop.

The easiest way to deal with this problem is to get on a good comprehensive diet that promotes health, eliminate all toxic elements in the diet and environment, and focus on becoming healthy instead of becoming a drug addict!

call the hospital directly related with your physician. they will be able to tell you what to do or possible get you some 40s to last through till your doctor is available. Please don't try and seperate the meds, without proper scale and or knowledge it could cause major issues, being one who has been in the hospital for psych issues, I think we both know it's better to not be there.
