A neti pot, definitely. If you haven't tried using one yet, basically, what this involves is irrigating your nasal cavities by pouring water "up" one nostril and letting it drain out the other. It can sound kind of intimidating, but actually, it's really easy and great for clearing congestion, especially before bed, or even before work when you don't want to be sniffling all over your co-workers all day long.

You can buy a neti pot for under $20, with 50 saline packets too, so it's really affordable. And, once you have a neti pot, you can even make your own saline solution. Just mix 8 oz. of lukewarm water with 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized salt, and you're good to go.

It works even better than spicy chilli, but you probably won't want to do it in front of dinner guests. :)

If you like buffalo chicken / mexican food those do the trick. The capsaicin in the peppers really clears out your sinuses all the way up.
