Ive only done shrooms and i would recommend them at least once. Its like a veil being removed from your eyes thats been there your entire life.
Despite what people think, nature doesn't equal safety, and manmade doesn't equal poison. LSD is actually safer to ingest than shrooms, but both of them are in essence nearly completely nontoxic.
And they both have a wonderful experience, and it's similar with some minor details. So take your pick. Honestly it probably comes down to duration. LSD lasts 12 hours, shrooms last 6 hours.

Try shrooms first they are less "powerful", if you like it and want a more "powerful" trip try acid. I recommend you try both at least once in your lifetime.
