Question: My pills all fill out on the floor?
are they still good to take? I know this is a dumb question, but i just want to know this?

use the 5 second rule
Yes they should be fine just as long as they didn't fall into anyting like garbage or liquid or chemicals. A little dirt off the floor will not hurt you a bit but if you are really concerned call your doctor and get a refill and through those away.
I would wash it first...
And in case you're interested, the "3 second rule" is complete rubbish
