There's still no healthy option but you can reduce the impact cigarettes have on your health by using a vaporizer instead of burning the tobacco with direct fire. None:but if you feel you have to (addicted)., smoke cigs with no additives, just pure tobacco. Available at tobacco shops. Standard cigs contain thousands of chemicals that keep you addicted, and keep you buying. 43% of these additives are know to cause cancer. I stopped smoking by using the pure tobacco. Winstons and others make these. I used "Three Castles" in a round tin. The nicotine isn't hard to get off of, it's the chemicals. Even tho most treatments focus on nicotine.Maybe that's why they don't work.
