Mix one teaspoon of basil (tulsi)juice with 1 tsp.honey and eat daily morning on an empty stomach,1 hour before eating anything.

Eat 2-3 apples daily(1 in each meal)

Do pavanmuktasana(2-3 rounds) & bhujangasana( 2-3 rounds) daily

In the whole day,drink 8-10 glasses water daily,out of which drink 4-6 big glasses water daily on an empty stomach,as soon as you wake up in the morning.(1 hour before taking tulsi-honey mixture).
