Does eating marijuana kill brain cells?!

Marijuana does not kill brain cells. The test that showed they did was poorly conducted. They attached gas masks to monkeys and pumped the equivalent of 60 high strength marijuana cigarettes into these monkeys every day. They did not lose brain cells from anything in the marijuana, they lost brain cells from a lack of oxygen. They were suffocated. In fact, studies have shown marijuana stimulates brain cell growth in the hippocampus.

Not brain cells (Neurons). They can only die of hypoxia (low oxigen), heat (ecstasy anyone?), and toxicity although it is possible for the weed to mess with the synaptic receptors, meaning, what good are healthy neurons if they can't communicate?

Im pretty sure any intake of marijuana kills some brain cells, whether you eat it or smoke it.
But dont listen to crazy doctors, marijuana doesnt kill that many brain cells
