How to unclog my ear?!

Question: How to unclog my ear?
So I am a little bit sick, and in the night i woke up and blew my nose. was leaning with my ear to the bed while i did this, and suddenly pressure built up in my let ear. I thought it would go away in the morning but it hasn't. Even know if I'm blowing my nose hard, i can feel pain on either my left or right ear. Any suggestion? Thanks.

There are these 'cones' you can buy in any holistic or health-food store that you put in your ear and light the other end on fire. Stay with me, it works. You lay with your bad ea up and set the end in the bad ear, then light the other end. The heat melts wax and waste from your ear canal, and the flame pulls it out as it draws up oxygen. It helps if you have someone helping you and watching it. The store will give you specific instructions. It works!

Putting a hole in a paper plate and sticking it through the centre of the cone to fit through so the ashes don't accidentally fall on you is also a good idea. It really works. You'll be amazed at how much wax comes out of your ear. Seriously

You might have an ear infection, or you might have excessive wax buildup in your ears. If it's wax, you'll be having trouble hearing, too.

For ear infection, if you can get mullein flower tincture (health food stores may have it), that's one of the best treatments. Most ear infections go away on their own, with or without treatment, but make you miserable while you have them. Doctors often prescribe antibiotics, but that's overkill. There's no solid evidence that antibiotics do much for ear infection.

If it's wax buildup, you need to remove the wax. Ear candling, which someone mentioned, is one way, but it's received mixed reviews. For everyone who's had a good experience with ear candling, there are at least two people who say it ruined their ears.

Doctors can remove excessive ear wax. If you haven't had this happen to you before, you should see one to make sure this is ear wax buildup, not an infection. There are also do-it-yourself kits available in drugstores. When I had major ear wax buildup, I was advised by a doctor to use one, but in a slightly different way from the bottle's instructions. He told me to put five drops of Debrox (or store brand of the same) in the ear, lie on my side and let it work for 15-20 minutes, and flush it out with a bulb syringe. He had me repeat the treatment every few hours until my ear cleared.

That happens to me all the time. Hold your nose closed and try to exhale through it while it is closed. Do it easy though, and the pressure will relax as your sinuses open.

go to a health store and get some ear candles they work great even if you have a ear infection they cost like $5 for 2 but they are worth it

Try taking some over the counter decongestant or cold medicine
