botox ??

try olive oil, extra virgin, it does go through the skin cells.

You might also be dehydrated.

Vitamin A or E. Q10 is also very good against aging.

I agree...you are too young to develop lines already..

You might be deficient in some vitamins. I disagree with the other poster. It has been proven that many foods now are not as healthy as they used to be and do not contain the amount of vitamin they should have. Pesticides etc..

Make sure you eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit a day as these contain antioxidants and anti-aging properties that will help keep your skin glowing and supple.

Stay clear from anything unhealthy cakes, biscuits, chocolate etc although it is perfectly fine to indulge once in a while. Also if you tend to smoke, drink alot of coffee or alcohol try to cut down.

You can buy anti-wrinkle aging cream from most chemists and supermarkets Johnsons are good and so are Olay if you are still not sure what type you would better be suited go for the "all skin types"

I find that giving your self a facial massage with good moisterizer or oil morning and before going to bed helps to prevent and to manage fine lines and wrinkles. Try to do this if you can by small circles and working upwards from the base of your neck to the forehead and using upward stroking movements as well.

If these all fail then only in the last resort you might want to consider botox how ever they arn't a quick fix, it donsen't last you will need to go for regular injections to gain the full benefits.

P.S: Skin, hair and nail tablets or any pill that claims to give you good-looking skin and make you look younger are probably a con and it woudn't be worth wasting your money on those kinds of products when diet and good skin-care alone is the most effective solution.

I think you should stop worrying about it, you're only 23 and I bet you have no idea how beautiful you are!

Keep up the sunscreen, relax and enjoy your youth.
