You can do energy healing on yourself. It's pretty simple and it's very intuitive. You should google energy healing and see all the different sites on it. Sage tea is also used by people all over the world to calm the body and eliminate negative energy. I drink it every night with a slice of lemon. Also, I've experimented with what I call "meditative writing." It's where I write myself into some really relaxing place like the beach or a waterfall...and I write about the happiness and peace I feel there. Sometimes I throw in some peaceful colors to make it more like a mystical fantasy. It's calming for me and I usually do it while drinking my tea. Also, moving the body really helps to calm the mind, so keep doing the yoga too!!!!

Best of luck to you!!

I happen to agree with Dr.Franks Answer, CBT is statistically better at curing anxiety. I would like to recommend Person Centered Counseling.

Person Centered Counseling was created by Carl Rogers. This type of humanistic counseling deals with the ways in which people perceive themselves consciously rather than having a counselor try to interpret unconscious thoughts or ideas.

I also suffer with anxiety and found meditation helpful, i would also suggest you keep tabs on your breathing as when the fight or flight response kicks in your breathing will increase, deep abdominal breathing will really take the edge off any panic attack.

Finally how about using the universal law of attraction to keep your mind occupied.

If you want to find out more about the law of attraction my site has some info on it.

Statistically the highest cure rate is from CBT, cognitive behavioural therapy, with around 70% success rates.
