Well I would say to stop...alcohol has a lot of calories in it which tend to expand your waist line.

Maybe apple cidar vinegar could help.



very simple. Alcohol will not alone increase weight and it is not with everyone who drinks. All are not fat. As every one advise, do not give up drinking. Do Yoga if possible. Otherwise, you should do Meditation every day Morning and evening just for 20 minutes. As far as possible try to take long breath slowly. It gives "PRANA SAKTHI" Prana means life. I am sure that you will give up drinking gradually and automatically you lose weight for whatever the reason. The amount of self confidence and courage that you gain during course of meditation is enormous.Learn with some Teacher not by Books reading. Guruji's blessing is very essential.



No sarcasm intended but, stop drinking the alcohol. As, long as you don't replace the calories with something else. The weight will come back off. Drinking a lot of water (8oz an hour) will help a lot. It wouldn't hurt to do some walking every day (20-30 min). You should be doing some sort of cardio on a regular basis anyway, minimum 3 days a week. That's should be very easy to work into you schedule. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Simply one day decide to stop drinking and be firm on it.
