Phenylephrine in high doses can cause sezuires and hypertension.

Diphenhydramine is dramamine. High doses of dramamine make people hallucinate bugs and snakes and most people feel very uncomfortable on it. This will probably make you very tired also. It's never good to take high doses of things that make you tired because there's always a possibility of falling asleep and choking on your own vomit.

There's nothing in this that will make you high. You'll be sober as crap.
