Whats the best thing to do the day (days) after taking e? Any regular users have any routines to help ease the come down pain?

Answers:

Weed.
A natural supplement call 5-HTP, take it at the end of your roll.
Prozac or another SSRI antidepressant, also taken at the end of the roll.
Benzos (Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, etc) at the end to make you go to sleep.

Thats weird I normally don't think the come down is painful at all. Well anyway from my experience with bad come downs there is honestly no better remedy than good old marijuana. My suggestion, smoke a fat blunt and you should be good to go.
