Best Growth Hormone Stimulator/Activator?!

Question: Best Growth Hormone Stimulator/Activator?
I am new to the Growth Hormone area. So I had a few questions to ask you guys. In your opinion what do you think is the best growth hormone stimulating powder that can be bought at stores like target , wal-mart and meijer. I had my friends tell me about Glutamine , Gaba , and Whey Protein. So I was wondering which one is the best out of these three....If there is one better than all these three, it would be better if you gave me that. Plus how would I be taking these simulators. Some say teaspoon and some say by grams but I am not too familiar with grams (what is a gram to a teaspoon ? ) I am a pretty short guy right now and I am trying to get my height to an average level. How about food , training , workout routine and sleep ? ( When would I be incorporating the stimulator during these events before or after ). P.S. I dont want to gain too much muscle weight , I just want to gain height and a little muscle weight from these growth hormone simulators. Thank you but please list simulators that can bought off from a store that are natural and barely have no side effects.. Thank you for your answers in advance.

Hi Sam,
Perhaps you are due a growth spurt anytime soon. You don't say how old you are.
Anyway, the best growth hormone activator is sleep before midnight. I remember reading a study on that some time back. I don't have the link/specific details but the gist of the study was that if you can get some sleep before midnight it will make a difference to both your melatonin levels and HGH levels. And the more before midnight the better. The saying 'an hour before midnight is worth three hours after' perhaps really does hold some truth after all ;) Try to sleep in as dark a room as possible also to boost both melatonin and HGH levels.

Stress is counterproductive to both height growth and muscle growth so find ways to de-stress. If you have any troubles don't bottle them. And vitamin B complex (taken in a morning) supports your nervous system and can help with stress. Lemon balm tea with a little raw honey might help with any anxiety. Whey protein you only really need if you have done some strenuous activity (sport or exercise) for muscle recovery/growth. Though you can take it if you have a poor appetite, you are concerned your diet is too low in quality protein or you are convalescing. But you can get good quality protein from milk and Greek yogurt instead and whey protein is after all extracted from milk. If you can drink a litre of milk a day and eat a couple of eggs in the morning you will already be off to a good start for optimising your diet for growth. You don't need any expensive supplements. Take up swimming or basketball.....all the stretching might boost your height more so (so they say). But you will grow to what is your destined height assuming you eat healthily and have no disease hindering growth so don't worry....it is mostly in your genes. If you have any concerns regarding your health see your GP.

All the best.
