Firstly, vaporizers have no toxins as its vapor (not smoke) so you only should be getting vaporized THC that was been heated and turned into vapor. This is said to contain no carcinogens (the things that cause cancer) that normal smoke has.

Alright, I use them daily (mine is heating up exactly right as I type this :) ) and I have to say if you really want a good TRAVEL TYPE V, then get the iolite. I have used lots of vaporizers and its definitely cool and very discreet since nobody knows what the hell it is.

That can only load small amounts at a time, so only recommend it as a TRAVEL vape

Now if you want a better HOME use vape, then I have 2 to recommend.... and picking one of these depends on how much you want to spend, they both are kickass and will save your supplies (and be healthy for you). Vaporizers are great for health as well as your "supplies" as you only need 25-50% less to get the same effect as a normal smoking method. This saves you money obviously :)

Ok............... So if you want to get the best CHEAPEST home vape, I HIGHLY recommend the 150 buck shipped HotBox vaporizer. This is the one I use daily and am heating up right now (takes 2 minutes to heat up, believe me its not long if you're preparing your stuff and using a grinder to get it ready). I like it because it has a glass wand system much like a tobacco hookah, but much more advanced obviously. It uses food grade tubing, and nothing gets wasted when you use it!

And if you want the best of the best, with a good warranty and built to last... spend the dough and get the Volcano. This is one of the most popular vapes and I definitely recommend it after using it for a year or so (borrowed it). It uses a bag system, very good for filling up and taking it to the couch for a long session since you can make the bags as big as humanly possible to store the most vapor. :-)

It's pricey, but believe me, it will last and you can even get a lighter DC converter and use it in your car when you can go camping and stuff with your buddies :)

Those are the 3 best vapes I have tried... I definitely recommend trying a vape, even if its the cheap HotBox for 150... the thing rocks and you save money since you don't need as much to get the good effects ;)

Wow, that 'doctors' answer made me sick.
That is extremely ignorant and old-fashioned to think that marijuana is harmful. If it was legalized we would generate BILLIONS of dollars in tax revenue, he is obviously still in the whole "Reefer Madness" mindset.

But to answer your question, you can taste when it's done. And it will stop giving you vapor.

Personal Experience.

The vapor genie is easy to use once you get the hang of it. If you are vaporizing properly and it doesn't burn the material,then the way to tell it's finished is by taste alone; there's a distinct change in flavor. If you are worried you are throwing away good material, just stir it up and hit it two more times to be sure.

The vapor genie and the magic flight launch box are the only portables that are worth owning. All the others are plastic, and anything plastic always tastes like burning plastic. None of the others passed our tests.

For home units I never recommend the knockoffs, most suck pretty bad. Either get the Original, if you want a box style, or the volcano if you want the bag style. The rest of them are mostly crap, especially,,,, you guessed it,,,, the plastic ones.

Back pain can be easily cured by a registered physician or chiropractor. All too often these good people are losing out of potential clients to this illegal drug. Marijuana is a known carcinogen and responsible for billions in tax dollars spent preventing the importation of it from Mexico. The drug will likely be the downfall of this great nation.
