It's illegal in Ohio, so you can't get it in Ohio legally. I doubt there are many drug dealers who sell Salvia, though, because it's not considered to be an enjoyable hallucinogen. It can be smoked from a bong, pipe, or a joint. It doesn't matter. However, taking more than a hit is supposed to be hard, because literally, you won't be able to after one hit (too hard). You know the extract as it is written on the label when you buy it. You can get in trouble for having it on your person in Ohio because it's illegal in Ohio.

Remember, if you take Salvia, make sure you are comfortable in the environment you are ingesting it in.
