Does deep breathing allows the spirit to flow through us?!

Question: Does deep breathing allows the spirit to flow through us?
i mean the God inside of us which knows our highest good and our desires

Thank you!!

Answers:

Yes.

Deep breathing is beneficial in many ways including meditation; but we breathe in air, and everything in it, such as oxygen, smoke, dust, hydrocarbons and other filthy particles. We breathe out carbon dioxide We don't breathe in spirits, ghosts, aliens, or avatars. The oxygen feeds our brains so we can discern reality from superstition. Study science and the Bible, not mythology.

Common sense

@Osama

India is far from a poor country.
I forgive you your one-dimensional thinking.

You're almost like a skepp, but then an uncivilized one.
Have you been abused in your childhood?

In that case you could try deep breathing to get rid of the trauma.

And if you still can't see the unmanifested manifesting world,
you can give back to India what your country stole from it.

Yes, it does =) If you pay attention to your breath and breathe deeply and slowly, it's a form of meditation, which can clear your mind and allow you to relax better and think more clearly.

@Osama: Maybe it's people like you who ae ruining the world, and not the people who believe in this sort of thing? Probably most people in the world believe in spirits (as in souls), so you have no right to badmouth us because of it =) Yes, perhaps you have the Constitutional right, as in the freedom of speech, but it's just wrong to do so. You don't see us going and badmouthing your country and the fact that you obviously don't believe such things, or at least I'd certainly hope not.

Edit: And it's not just Indians who believe these things! There are plenty of Americans who believe these things, too, such as myself. Actually, more people than you think do.

Yes.
As far as nasty trolls and enlightenment are concerned, don't hold your breath! LOL
