I am 39.
I am 6'1'' 163 lbs.
I am very active and live a very healthy lifestyle.
I am going to have my first colonic on Wednesday. I was told to eat apples 2-3 hours before procedure.
Does it hurt?
Feel uncomfortable?
Disgusting?
Kind of think I will be embarrassed.
FYI I am Gay so I am not worried about where the hose goes that much I do know....lol

You'll be embarrassed when you realised you've paid good money for a fake treatment. There's absolutely no reason why this could be any use to you whether you're healthy or ill.
