No problem whatever.
Coenzyme Q10 must never be taken with Warfarin and the containers usually show a warning to this effect.
If you eat a fish, you've consumed a food that contains both coQ-10 and Omega 3. CoQ-10 is found in all meat products. Omega 3 is found in meat as it appears in nature, as well as in many grains and seeds. The combination of CoQ and Omega 3 is completely harmless.
