The best thing you can do to get rid of a boil is to use hot and cold compresses, hot for half an hour, then cold for a half an hour, repeat. If you have been doing this and pus is discharged, the swelling should begin to decline, and it may bleed a bit. By the looks of it, it seems as though your boil is going away. But if you still feel moderate pain, then you should give it another day of compresses. If it still does not begin to go away by then, then you should consult your physician on what to do, because you may need to take antibiotics if it persists.
