There is still no cure for the common cold.

Hot soup and other natural treatments may help a person to feel a bit better but they do not really speed up the curing process.

Run a super hot shower and sit with him in the bathroom for at least 20 minutes with the door closed, the steam helps with the mucus and it opens his airways. Don't use the suction bulb too much because it irritates the inside of his nose. Use the little noses saline mist so it help break up the mucus in his nose so it will flow a little more freely. buy the boogie wipes because if you use fabric when cleaning his nose it irritates his skin.
