What is a very good one that worked instantly or very fast for your kids?
my sister has a cold, fever and alot of coughin goin on.

no cold medicine works instantly.
It has to get into the blood stream to make any difference so that means it has to be digested first.
Takes at least 1/2 hour for any medication to start working unless you are using one of those inhalers like for asthma.
Have her drink lots of water, rest, keep a humidifier going in her room to keep air moist, a honey and lemon hot tea is good for coughing. An ibuporfen for her age will take down a fever.
She should be in bed and resting and drinking water all the time.
childrens cold/ cough ibuprofen workds well I still use it for my colds and im a teenager (just in bigger amounts) gets rid of fever, stuffy nose, and is a cough supressant. it works in about a haalf hour
