There is always a risk of adverse vaccine reactions. You should report it.
I hate to tell you but this is one of the most useless and ill-conceived vaccines ever created. Quite a few women have died and others have become paralyzed as a result of this shot. It supposedly "protects" against 3 or 4 of 100 strains of HPV. It's a scam. It's been banned in India and other countries are seriously questionning whether they're going to bother with it at all. Most HPV infections resolve themselves naturally. Cervical cancer is one of the rarest forms of cancer, and there is no evidence that this vaccine will prevent anything. No long term studies have been done to prove it's safe or effective.

i would find out about the reports of adverse reactions as soon as possible. you may discover that it is not at all what it is touted as, and the proven potential for harm is far greater than for any claimed, yet unproven benefit.

Ignore the ignorant replies. It's likely an infection from something you had on your skin that has formed an abscess. Go see your GP about it, like soon, to get it treated.
