Colon cleanse = scam.

If you had any parasites in your faeces you'd have seen them by now. I think you've fallen for the usual alt med scam about parasites/colon cleanse/etc etc.

Get your medical advice from a qualified doctor, not the internet.

How on earth do you manage to dig the garden or lift a stone? Must be hard for you. A colon cleanse isn't going to do anything about your phobia regarding worms - in fact it won't do anything at all because it's all a scam.

You should however go and get counselling about your fear of worms if it is affecting your life.

Colon cleansing is a big scam so just don't bother with it. Even if it weren't the chances of your having "worms" in your body are basically zero.

I personally enjoy cleansers every few months for a week or so. NO to worms.
