yes certainly. pranayama helps for all stomach ailments including gas trouble(gastritis) and indigestion. do kapalabhathi, anulomaviloma for 15 minutes each daily. within short period you wii see the wonder

pranayama is good for ours, but do not cure gas and indigestion, first eat balanced diet eat when hungry, avoid over food ,fried food, do not eat non veg, try fast for one day,avoid worries.
