Recommend Portable Vaporizer?!

Question: Recommend Portable Vaporizer?
I was thinking to buy Aluminum Vapor Bat by VaporGenie from www.vapenow.com for 39.99$.

But I would like to know if there is another, flame based, portable vaporizer. I was thinking about www.supremevaporizer.com, but their warranty is only 1 month.

Could you please recommend me? I want lightweight, easy to carry, durable vaporizer, preferable complete with simple grindender, cleaning/mixing tools.

Having a digital temperature indicator like supremevaporizer. is definitely a big plus.

Most of the portables have issues, burning plastic odors in most of the plastic ones, rank butane smells in some of them. The only ones we've tested that worked ok were the magic flight and the vapor genie pipe, although I haven't tried the vapor genie bat or the supreme.

Both the bat and the supreme look to be well designed, and the concepts work fine. Obviously the supremevaporizer is way more expensive. The 30 day warranty shouldn't be a problem, they claim it's because of the lighter, and torch lighters like that never last forever. It's unknown whether the electronics would last, but the rest of the vap is just a block of wood and a hunk of milled metal.

Digital indicators are often misleading, vaporizing is all about airflow, and only the person inhaling can control that. The digital displays are often cool looking but functionally not so important. That's why the inventors of the Original vaporizer still don't put one on.

I'd go with the bat if you are going to use it lightly, not pass it around to a dozen people. All of the portables get too hot when used repeatedly and need some time to cool down.

If you're willing to spend more money, I would recommend the Iolite portable vaporizer. The downside: it costs $200. However, it does not have a butane or plastic taste to it whatsoever. I have in fact tried the Bat and found it convenient, but it does not get close to the Iolite in terms of consistent performance and flavor. It does NOT have a digital temperature indicator. Warranty is a year (or at least mine is). It is extremely portable, lightweight, and even discreet (looks like a walkie talkie). It comes with cleaning supplies and a couple replacement screens. Again, as far as portable vaporizers go, this is my favorite, but at a price.
