Can I swallow capsules with yoghurt?!

Yes you can. If it makes it easier to swallow, you can take capsules with yoghurt or custard.

You can even open the capsules and sprinkle the powder on a spoon of yoghurt. If the contents of the capsule are controlled release, you can still do this, just don't crush or chew on the contents. Some capsules that contain controlled release medication are M-Eslon and omeprazole (Losec).

Yes. Any type of liquid like yogurt is fine. It actually makes it easier since its a type of food which will make the capsules less likely to give you a bad stomach reaction to it. I have taken huge capsules before dry, and that was the worst idea ever!
