Unless there is specific lab testing done it will not show up, tramadol is not a synthetic that regular drug tests look for. It is not even a scheduled drug in most states, so you would likely not even get in trouble for such a thing.

If you have a RX for it you are good to go, but it should as it is a synthesized codeine.
