The way you have phrased this will probably stop any doctors or other informed contributors from answering. Curiosity is not a good motive for experimentation with prescription medicines. On its own, this is not likely to do much to a healthy person, other than cause sleep, and some rebound anxiety when you wake up. With alcohol, opiates, or other central nervous system depressants it could stop you breathing, or stop your heart, so be the last experiment you ever carry out.
