What side effects does this have?
I have just bought some then read that in a few cases it made the person out of breathe easy and struggled with cardio, is this true?!

For me it isn't.
The only side effects I have are positive ones such as decreased appetite and increased heart rate. This will make cardio training more difficult due the fact that when you exercise your heart level will be well above it's normal rate and you will fatigue much quicker.
As far as i can tell this is what the product is intended to do, increase the effects of cardio training on fat loss.
