Do you think Moroccan Clay is an effective cleanser?!

Question: Do you think Moroccan Clay is an effective cleanser?
I have Rosacea and have found that I've become sensitive to every cleanser I try.

Recently I have started using Moroccan clay on it's own very lightly massaging with am exfoliating glove. I've been doing this for ages (washing my hair with it too) but always used a cleanser too.

It says on the box you can use it instead of your cleanser. I ask because I heard that washing with just water is not good for rosacea as you need to clean away the dead skin etc.

It's the only thing that doesn't irritate!

Here's a profile - but I buy it locally: http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/learn/rhassoul.php

I agree with Tink, it can't hurt to try it. If you need to clear the dead skin, the exfoliating glove should help with that. Or find a microfibre washer. I use one and it is great for clearing all sorts of crap from your skin. Just make sure you follow the instructions for taking care of the washer to make it last.

Since you buy from mountain rose already, have you tried their rose or lemon facial cleaners?

I recommend their restorative or rose facial oils if you have not tried them.

Have you tried African black soap?
If your skin has not been irritated, it should be fine if you do not wish to use anything else.

If you aren't trying to remove a face full of make up, go right ahead. No reason to not use it by itself.
