Vinegar doesn't do anything apart from make it worse. Salt has no perceptible effect on alkalinity or acidity in your stomach.
Anything called "No More Heartburn" is I'm afraid most likely to be a scam, especially if it mentions acv as a solution.
The best defense against heartburn is to drink 8 oz of water, then dissolve a pinch (1/8 tsp) of salt on the tong, followed by another 8 oz of water. Do this 30 minutes before eating and again 2 - 2 1/2 hours after eating.
If you forget to do the water and salt before eating and you develop heartburn, just drink a lot of water and take a pinch of salt to help neutralize the hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
Apple cider vinegar is believed to relieve heartburn. But from what I've read, it is an acid that somehow miraculously leaves an alkaline footprint in its wake. This is like a Democrat running and, upon winning, adds one more seat to the Republican Congress. It just doesn't work, realistically.
Using acid to neutralize acid is like using matches to put out a fire.
