Question: Are e cigs good for dry lungs? Since you are inhaling water vapor? Like a portable humidifier?
I am in California and ave trouble breathing because of the dry air and i use a cool mist humidifier at home and it works really good.

It is unlikely that sufficient moisture penetrates the lungs for this to be effective. It will not kill you though unlike following a lot of rigid advice tinged with condemnation.
If you have a lung problem no foreign thing in the lung may help unless it is prescribed by the doctor. No kind of smoking can help even if it is prescribed.
No, cigs dry things out more. That and the killing you part.
