Mother's Milk Tea/Supplements?!

Question: Mother's Milk Tea/Supplements?
I am having some issues with my supply.
I was talking to my cousin about this issue, she mentioned herbal supplements.. I searched and also found Mother's Milk Tea.

How much of this would I need to drink to notice a change in my supply?
Will it effect my baby?
Is there any side effects to this that will effect me?
Does it actually work?
Is there anything better out there that will help my supply?
.... If there's anything else I should know.. let me know!

Intelligent replies only please!

I've never used it, but I used to sell at least a 1/2 dozen cases every week without fail.
Most people drink a couple cups a day, it does taste kind of funny, but not bad, and most people do find it increases their supply. All of the herbs in it are commonly used in daily cooking in a couple of cultures, so there is nothing exotic or very dangerous in it - as far as side effects? Ok, I'll level with you - people told me it makes farts smell worse than usual. Doesn't seem all that awful. What can ya do?

I would just stick with the tea, instead of capsules of the herbs in it (fennel and fenugreek) if the quantity in the tea works, why take four times as much, aye?

Happy New Year.

It is safe for mom and baby, and it will help. Also, just straight fennel seed will do the trick.
