There is an all-natural solution to sinus problems: flushing your nasal sinuses with something called a Neti pot.
It is a small pot shaped like a tea pot. Here in the US they sell them in drug stores and in the health and beauty section of the larger department stores (like Walmart).
You add to the pot your own distilled water and a small packet of a chemical that contains salt and maybe some other ingredients. These packets come with the Neti pot, and more can be bought separately. It's best to use luke warm water (not hot, nor cold).
You mix the powder from the packet in the water to make a saline solution and then slowly pour about half of the water into one nostril with your head tilted to the side so that the water drains from one side of your sinuses and into the other side, then out your other nostril. That is a little uncomfortable (strange feeling, not painful at all). Then you tilt your head the other way and pour the rest of the water into your other nostril. If the water flows into your mouth, spit it out; don't swallow it.
If you do this two or three times a day for a few days, you should get relief from nasal problems.
Consult your local chemist or drug store.
