Is herbal incense harmful to smoke?!

Question: Is herbal incense harmful to smoke?
I've heard rumors that incense such as Kush, K2, and Mr. Nice Guy, Ect. Are really harmful to smoke and are addictive and stuff, but their aren't very many published reviews about them.
Ive heard the smoke can put a mold in your lungs and stuff and I was just seeing if anyone out there had any information about it

Answers:

Many studies done so far are hard to judge from. The study showing addiction only took 1 person, and sometimes these things are hard to judge.

Basically, it may or may not be harmful to smoke.

I think you should stick to the real thing, it should be much safer.

However, if you do decide to smoke herbal incense, be careful with the dosage. There may be an uneven distribution of cannabinoids (some synthetic cannabinoids are known to be much stronger than THC) and thus one hit may be much more powerful than the next two. Since these cannabinoids are synthetic and because some can bind to cannabinoid receptors with a much higher affinity than THC, too much may leave you very unconfortable and could induce panic attacks and psychosis.

With a proper dosage, however, you shouldn't experience these symptoms if you don't while under the influence of cannabis.

Why would you want to inhale something deeply into your lungs, which is in itself not designed to be smoked? Go ahead if you want to end up with lung disease and be in distress when it comes to breathing.

smoking anything is bad for you. No matter what it is.
