Question: What supplement should I take?
So I'm 15 years old, been working out for 2 years now and I've heard my older friends say that they take supplments and testosterone boosters, and I was wondering what kind of supplements should I take before/after a workout to maximize the results.

Well, don't take any steroids because it will cause health issues and your penis will shrivel up to nothing. You probably don't need much in the way of supplements at 15. You could add maybe some protein shakes or bars if you are working out heavily. Take a high power vitamin like Source of Life.



Sit on your hands before and after.

There are some mudras that the Japanese did before exercises, but be careful with them.

The sherpa in Nepal have a very restricted diet because they are poor, and they have amazing power and endurance. They have a strong mind, and that's very important in any situation.

The rest is b u l l s h i t.
With supplements you can harm your body if you use them for a long time.

Make sure you drink enough, and rest enough.

At 15, you don't want T-booster yet. All it will do is make you honier than you already are and give you worse achne. Protein shakes are a good one for after working out and first thing in the morning. You could try a preworkout booster like Jack3D or something to help you work out harder. Creatine will help you gain size and strength too.
