Lots of water and liquids, exercise a lot. But really, if it has been less than 30 days it will most likely show up. Sorry. You can't simply take Golden Seal or something and make it disappear from your system.

The better kits for passing a test will hide the fact that your urine is watered down. Labs typically test for potassium and creatine levels to detect a watered down sample. Some of these kits simply contain potassium and creatine and tell you to drink more water than you normally would so the test doesn't show as being watered down when it really is. They also contain B Vitamins so that the color will appear right.

I'm not sure if this works for these types of tests though... this kits are typically designed for cheap drug tests, not the ones used by courts

Drink alot of cranberry juice,and water or look for cranberry vitamins they are for urinary tract health so it should help clean out your system.

You shouldn't worry, it's a vitamin supplement which I'm pretty sure is legal so they can't say anything about it.

well, you could try a detox drink, im not totally sure if it will work but it's worth a try.
