But if you just eat and don't exercise, you won't get any stronger, just fatter.
do u want all over toning and strength training
go to a gym and do cardio workout and use free weights but go thru it with a trainer first
do a range of exercises,running,weights,rowing machines try a lot of different exercises to see what u like doing
