Vitamin E Capsules/Supplements?!
Question: Vitamin E Capsules/Supplements?
I once heard that cutting open a vitamin E capsule and spreading its contents on your face was really good for your skin. Is this true? Does taking one actually improve the look of your skin? (Make you glow, decrease blemishes/scars.. ect.)

While vitamin E is good for the skin, if you are younger it may clog your pores. Also, it can cause little red bumps if you put it under your eyes (I don't know why). You can buy vitamin E and a small bottle and it will be cheaper (only about $5) than opening a capsule if you want to use it on your skin.
Taking vitamin E is good for you because it helps prevent the look of aging - it's an antioxidant and fights free radicals.
