When i try to throw up nothing comes up. what do i do to make it come up everyti!

You may have the dry heaves because nothing is left to throw up. If you think there is still more in there, try drinking some water or gatorade and you will either throw up more of what's in your stomach with the liquid or you have no more contents to expel. Try putting some cinnamon in your mouth (really), it should help ease off the dry heaves and need for vomiting. You could also suck on a mint.

If you continue to throw up a lot it will cause your teeth to decay.For example when you thow-up stomach acid comes up and if it passes though the mouth a lot that acid in the vomit will soon decay your teeth so be aware and careful.
