time to see the doctor. could be something as simple as a migraine (not that they are simple if you get them) but could be a tumour of some sort. why take the risk early diagnosis and treatment is the way to go.

Possible cluster migraine. If this is a sudden onset, I'd suggest getting seen because there may be some tests that need to be done to rule out anything going on in your brain (like a CT scan, blood work, etc.) Besides the blurry vision, are you having any trouble using your hands? Sometimes, if there is something wrong with your brain, other parts of your body is affected too, like the ability/strength to use your hands)
Have a vision test to determine whether or not you need reading glasses. Headaches are one of the first symptoms. Otherwise most headaches are caused by dehydration.
the most likely cause is nerve interference from a (left) misaligned atlas. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.
