Taste a little wasabi (find at the grocery store or a sushi place). Be careful with it if you aren't used to it.
Use some Vicks Vapo Rub on the edges of your nose and chest.
Get some eucalyptus, put some on a wash cloth and set it in a steamy shower with you, or even better is if you have access to a steam room.
Put your head over pot (remove from stove) of steaming water with a towel over your head to keep the steam in. You can add a single drop of eucalyptus.

Definitely what thenoseknows recommends as well - works great!

Try a Netty Pot. Found at any Natural Food Store. Fill with lukewarm water & 1/4 Tbsp. Sea Salt. Lean over the sink. Tilt your head to the side & insert the pots spout into your nostril. Pour the water into the nasal way so that it comes out other nostril. Repeat on other side. Don't forget to breath through your mouth. Then exhale through the nose & blow any excess fluid out. It sounds bad, but it works.....it's natural & much better for your health. I would get sinus infections regularly, prescriptions would clear it up, but before long it would be back. Now It has been years since I've had a sinus problem. There is a new approach called 'NeilMed Sinus Rinse", comes in a package with the salt solution & plastic squeeze bottle. It's more convenient, with same results. Most pharmacies carry this.

Irrigate your sinuses with sterile saline solution or buy a Neti pot and make your own saline. Salt has an antibacterial effect. It also makes a great mouthwash/gargle. But use sea salt or another natural salt, not table salt: read the label and you'll find it contains fillers and sugar (dextrose).

Nasal irrigation is good, you can use a netti pot or Nasalzyme for that. Aslo if you boil a pan of water on your stove and put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in it (make sure it is real oil and not fragrance oil) then you can inhale the steam from the water.

this always works for me,
go in the bathroom & turn the shower on
as hot as it will go, & get as close to the water as
you can. I usually have a runny nose after but it only lasts
a few minutes, then your back to normal (:

personal expirience.

Boil some water and breath in the steam
also works if you let your shower steam up the room and breath it

Rub your sinuses. From your temple, along your forehead and to the bottom of your nose. It usually helps me

Eat red hot spicy foods clears it up right away make sure you have tissues in handy ;) or vicks vapor rub works for me!

Hot steamy shower, nose blowing, and hot washcloths (not hot enough to burn but to soothe).

blow it, get fresh air, go for walk, drink orange juice, or hot tea,
