i was thinking it was because of the excess protein
SHOULD I COMPLETELY DISCONTINUE PROTEIN SHAKES OR JUST LOWER THE AMOUNT??

First of all, you should be having the powdered protein, not the pre-made shakes because of high amounts of chemicals. Secondly, you should only be having approx 50 grams of protein after a workout. 90 is way too much and is actually almost 4 servings!! Your typical 1scoop protein powder is about 25g. Read the serving size. If your 15, you should have no more than 4scoops of protein thorought the whole day. Anything else is bad for you.
lower the amount, also try things like "coconut water". Its very health and all natural and has almost everything that a 90g protein drink has prob more.
