There are many factors that have a say in how much our body needs.
Playing tennis outdoors in 95 degree heat? You probably would drink twice as much as 8 cups a day.
Lazing around with a good book while a blizzard is blowing outside? You probably won't need but 4-5 cups of water.
We also get water from the food we eat.

i think 2 liter or 3, i heard it somewhere but not sure.
but drink lot of water= better skin, healthier body, and you not gonna gain any weight if you drink water. XD

About 2 liters since 1 liter is about 4 cups and we need about 8 cups a day.
