Sir kunadalini(self realization) is hidden power every human being have.it is activated only if we have control over thoughts and actions, which should be positive.to be positive we must purify ourself by rooting out hatred,greed,sex etc.love that exist must be unconditional for every one and spiritual in worshipping ur religious god.by doing this one by one chakra present within gets activated ,but this a long process, this is bakthi marg.
